Upon purchasing our services, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your service agreement. Please review this confirmation for accuracy and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

Service Delivery Timeline:

  • Service timelines vary based on the specific services purchased. Estimated completion times will be communicated during the initial consultation and included in the service agreement.
  • We strive to begin work on your project within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving all necessary materials and information from you.

Project Scope and Revisions:

  • The scope of work will be clearly defined in the service agreement. Any changes or additional requests outside of the agreed-upon scope may require an adjustment to the timeline and additional fees.
  • We offer a revision process to ensure your satisfaction with our work. The number of revisions included will be specified in the service agreement.

Refunds and Cancellations

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our services, please review our refund and cancellation policies below.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are available only for services that have not yet been started. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available, but we will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the completed work, please contact us within 14 days of project delivery to discuss potential revisions or solutions.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Services can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided work has not yet commenced.
  • For ongoing services such as SEO or social media advertising, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
